- Content you provide (survey answers, chat messages, optional notes). Stored locally on your device by default.
- AI processing data – your input may be sent securely to an AI service to generate responses. We do not use this data for other purposes.
- App metadata – device model, OS version, crash logs and basic diagnostics (if enabled) to improve stability.
- Support messages – if you email us, we will process your email and message to handle your request.
4. Why We Process Your Data (Legal Bases)
- Provide the service (contract/performance): generate AI responses based on your input.
- Improve safety and performance (legitimate interests): debugging, preventing abuse, ensuring availability.
- Compliance (legal obligation): responding to lawful requests where applicable.
- Consent (where required): optional analytics/diagnostics, marketing emails (none by default).
5. How AI Processing Works
Your input (e.g., survey results or chat prompts) may be transmitted to an AI service provider to generate responses.
The data is used only to produce AI outputs for you. We (the App’s creators) do not store, sell, or use your input for any other purpose.
6. Storage & Retention
- On-device storage: survey results and chat history may be stored locally on your device until you delete the app or clear data.
- Server-side: we aim to minimize server-side storage. When used, we retain only what is necessary for delivery, security, or support, and delete within a reasonable timeframe.
- Support emails: retained as long as needed to handle your request and for compliance.
7. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- AI service providers (to generate responses).
- Hosting/Infrastructure providers (to serve the website or backend endpoints).
- Analytics/Crash reporting (only if enabled; for stability and diagnostics).
